Decent pre-workout powder
It’s a decent pre-workout powder. It dissolves well and gives a good boost in energy and focus without the tingles. The taste is good if you use enough water. I mixed one scoop with about 24 oz of water; any less and it was too strong. I’d recommend it for someone who wants a caffeine boost without the tingles and doesn’t mind drinking a lot before working out.

The fruit punch flavor is good, but the container is large, so the scoop is big. You’re supposed to mix one scoop; any less and it made me feel sick. I’d prefer a smaller scoop with the same strength, so I can mix it with less water and drink it faster. Other than that, it’s pretty good.
