At Kaged India, we are committed to maintaining the highest quality standards in the manufacturing and distribution of our products. Each batch of Kaged India products undergoes rigorous testing post-manufacturing and is certified by Informed Choice to ensure that you receive nothing but the finest quality. However, if you find yourself in a situation where you are not satisfied and wish to return a product, please review the following guidelines.
How Does the Return Process Work?
We will arrange a pickup for the product you wish to return.
Products can only be returned if you have received them in a damaged condition or if the product cannot be authenticated using the TRUSTSEAL sticker for any reason. In all cases, the product should remain sealed. We cannot accept returns for cases where the taste or smell is not to your liking.
If you have received a damaged product, please initiate the return process from the “My Orders” section on our website. This will prompt you to provide specific product details, such as your contact number, address, return pickup slot, and the reason for return. You will also need to upload a short video of the product, highlighting the defect, so that our team can better understand the issue. Once you have submitted these details, our customer care team will contact you by phone.

When Can I Return the Product?
You can return an item within 48 hours of receiving it if:
- The seal has not been broken or the packaging has not been opened.
- The product has been delivered to you in a damaged condition.
- You are unable to authenticate your product using the TRUESEAL code on the front of the package.
In all cases, we will require a short video of the product highlighting the observed defect.
You cannot return the following items:
Products that have already been opened or have had their seal broken.
Is It Possible to Swap the Product?
No, product swaps are not possible.
Do I Have to Pay Return Fees?
You do not have to pay a return fee.
I Returned My Product, When Will I Receive the Refund?
Once the product has been picked up, we will process your refund within 14 days. After we have processed your refund, it may take up to 5 working days for you to receive the refund in your bank account, credit card, or original payment method.
How Many Days Do I Have to Return My Product?
You have the right to return a product or order within 2 days of receiving it.
What Information Will Our Customer Care Team Seek When They Contact You After Initiating a Return Request?
For a smooth experience, we kindly request that you have your order number and product details readily available. Our team will be eager to understand the reason for initiating the return. When initiating the return from the “My Orders” section on our website, you will be required to upload a brief video highlighting the defect.
