01 Eligibility Criteria

Eligible Returns

Items must be sealed and in original condition within 7 days of delivery.

  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect item shipped
  • Item expired or missing

Ineligible Returns

We're unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened inner seals
  • Personal taste preference
  • Minor container damage

Once approved, refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

We don't offer direct swaps. If you need a different product, simply return your item and place a new order.
