Eligible returns
Product must be sealed and unopened to qualify.
- Outer packaging damaged (broken tub, cracked lid)
- Wrong product, flavor, or variant received
- Product missing from your order

Returns are not accepted for the following reasons.
- Taste differs from what you expected
- Inner seal has been opened or broken
- Product deemed ineffective by personal preference
How to initiate
Use our return portal and provide clear photos or video of the defect.
- Freebies must be returned with the order
- Free pickup arranged once approved
Please note: Clumping, texture variations, or minor shipping-related changes are outside our control as a distribution partner. These occur due to the product formulation and extensive shipping journey, and are not eligible for returns.
Refund timeline
3–5 working days
Once your returned product is inspected, we'll process your refund within 3–5 working days to your original payment method.
Direct exchanges
Not available
We don't offer product swaps. Initiate a return and place a new order separately for a different item or variant.
