  • The outer packaging is damaged (e.g., broken tub, cracked lid).
  • You received the wrong product, flavor, or variant.
  • The product is missing from your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please visit the Return on our website to start your request. You will be required to provide a brief video or photos clearly highlighting the defect.

  • If your purchase included a freebie, all items must be returned together.
  • We will arrange a free pickup for the product once your request is approved.

3. Ineligible for Returns

The following situations are not eligible for returns or refunds. Please review these carefully before making your purchase.

  • The product tastes different than what you expected.
  • The inner seal has been opened or broken.
  • You find the product ineffective or not working according to your choice.

4. Important Policy Notes

Issues related to clumping, texture variations, or minor shipping-related changes are outside of our control as a distribution partner. These occur due to the formulation and extensive shipping journey.

Exchanges
