1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if any of the following apply. The product must be sealed and unopened.

  • The outer packaging is damaged (e.g., broken tub, cracked lid).
  • You received the wrong product, flavor, or variant.
  • The product is missing from your order.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Please visit the Return on our website to start your request. You will be required to provide a brief video or photos clearly highlighting the defect.

  • If your purchase included a freebie, all items must be returned together.
  • We will arrange a free pickup for the product once your request is approved.

3. Important Policy Notes

To maintain the integrity of our products and process, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Products that have been opened or have a broken inner seal.
  • Issues related to clumping, taste, or a product's effectiveness.

These are related to the formulation and the extensive shipping journey, which are outside of our control as a distribution partner.

4. Refund & Exchange Process

Refunds

Once your returned product is inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 working days.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges or product swaps. You will need to initiate a return and place a new order for a different item.
