Best BCAA in India
It contains exactly what I was looking for and is a good value for the number of servings. I mix it with an electrolyte powder mix for flavoring, but it doesn’t mix as well as another brand I was using. It just ends up floating at the top no matter how much I stir. I won’t order it again for this reason.

I was very happy with the quality and taste of the Vanilla Shake. I mix it with water, and it blends extremely well! Some reviews mentioned it being gritty, but I haven’t experienced that. I use it as meal replacement
I don’t drink this before bed because I don’t see the point. BUT, I do have it in the midday or when I’m hungry. It slowly digests, giving me a trickle of aminos throughout the day. Sometimes, I don’t have time to eat or my meals are delayed due to work, but this helps in those instances.

Vanilla tastes great. Chocolate peanut butter is not as good, sadly. This is my first time with casein, so I can’t compare it with other brands. But this one blends well, even in a shaker bottle. The vanilla flavor is really good and has a great texture
